Meet the Expert Team at Williams Plumbing Services

Daniel Williams is the owner and Master Plumber behind Williams Plumbing Services. As a small business owner, Daniel wears many hats. He serves as estimator, receptionist, HR representative, billing coordinator, and, most importantly, the leader of the plumbing team.

Daniel has a heart for service and places tremendous value on building meaningful relationships with his customers, team, and community.

A native of Trion, Georgia, Daniel originally pursued a career in law enforcement and public service. He spent more than a decade serving communities throughout Northwest Georgia before transitioning into the private sector in 2011.

Daniel went on to work with several Chattanooga area plumbing companies, including serving in operations management roles. After gaining years of industry experience, he launched Williams Plumbing Services in 2024.

Although Daniel is no longer a police officer or firefighter, public service remains at the heart of everything he does. He strives to serve his community through transparency, reliability, professionalism, and hard work.

When he gets the rare opportunity to step away from work, Daniel enjoys deer hunting and spending time with friends.

With more than 12 years of plumbing experience, Mikey Broome is one of the most experienced technicians at Williams Plumbing Services.

Mikey entered the plumbing trade with the goal of building a strong career that would allow him to better support his family. Today, his knowledge and hands on experience make him an important part of the Williams Plumbing team.

As a Rinnai certified technician, Mikey specializes in tankless water heater installation, maintenance, and repair. He also enjoys working across a wide variety of residential plumbing projects.

Outside of work, Mikey enjoys fishing and cooking for family and friends on his smoker.

His favorite piece of advice reflects the mindset he brings to his work:

After graduating from high school in 2023, Riley Broome decided to follow in his father's footsteps and explore a career in plumbing.

He quickly discovered a natural ability for the trade and has continued building his knowledge through hands on experience with the Williams Plumbing Services team.

Riley especially enjoys installing tankless water heaters, but he values the opportunity to learn from every type of plumbing project. He plans to continue developing his skills and is considering additional certifications as he advances his plumbing career.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys fishing and spending time with family and friends.

With nearly a decade of plumbing experience, Chris Knabb is one of the most seasoned technicians at Williams Plumbing Services.

Before joining Williams Plumbing, Chris worked with other plumbing companies throughout the Chattanooga area. Over the years, he has developed a reputation among coworkers and customers for taking pride in his work and remaining committed to quality service.

Chris especially enjoys working on remodels and repiping projects. His interest in the trade extends beyond modern plumbing, as he also has a deep appreciation for vintage plumbing fixtures.

The advice that best represents his approach to his work is:

Plumbing has been part of Josh Epling's life for years.

Growing up with several plumbers in his family sparked his interest in the trade. He began working part time in plumbing while still in high school and decided to make it his full time career after graduating in 2021.

Josh earned his Limited Licensed Plumber certification and gained additional experience working as an independent contractor before joining Williams Plumbing Services in January 2025.

He particularly enjoys working on water lines, from smaller repairs to complete repiping projects.

When Josh is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and being outdoors.

His advice to anyone beginning a plumbing career is:

Max Law brings more than five years of plumbing experience to Williams Plumbing Services.

As one of the newest members of the team, Max brings an established skill set along with a strong desire to continue learning, developing, and refining his craft.

Coworkers and customers recognize Max as someone who is willing to go the extra mile and who takes pride in completing a job properly.

Outside of plumbing, Max enjoys playing soccer and disc golf with his wife and spending time with their dog and two cats.

He strives to treat others the way he would want to be treated and encourages aspiring plumbers to ask questions, put in serious effort, and always double check their work.
